3.2 Each individual may hold only one active pak33 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
3.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. pak33 accepts no liability for losses or service interruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.4 KYC Verification: Before withdrawals are permitted, and in any event within a reasonable period of registration, pak33 requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting a clear image of their valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). pak33 may additionally request a selfie, proof of address, or proof of payment method in specific circumstances. 3.5 pak33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds checks for large deposits or withdrawals. These checks are conducted in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations applicable under the pak33 Licence.
3.6 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pak33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.1 Minimum Age: pak33 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or above. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any territory in which you are located.
4.2 By registering, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or above and that you are permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to you in your location.
4.3 pak33 uses CNIC-based identity verification as its primary age-verification mechanism. In the event that a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, pak33 will: (a) immediately suspend the account; (b) void all bets placed and winnings generated; (c) return any net deposits made, after deducting applicable transaction fees; and (d) report the matter to the Licence Authority as required.
Age Verification Warning: Providing false information to circumvent age verification on pak33 is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. pak33 will report confirmed cases of underage access and identity fraud to the relevant authorities without notice.
4.4 pak33 also accepts registrations only where the Player warrants that their jurisdiction does not prohibit participation in online gaming, and that it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to them.
5.1 Currency: All transactions on pak33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. No foreign exchange conversion is applied to Player accounts.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods: pak33 currently supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pak33's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring they use a payment method registered in their own name.
5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on payment method and account verification status.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed in accordance with the following target timelines: JazzCash — approximately 8 minutes; EasyPaisa — approximately 12 minutes; Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — same business day. These timelines represent pak33's target processing times and may vary due to factors outside pak33's direct control, including payment provider processing delays.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the pak33 account. pak33 may require additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
5.6 pak33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Transaction charges applied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player and are separate from pak33's processing.
5.7 Deposit Integrity: All funds deposited to pak33 must originate from legitimate sources. pak33 monitors deposits for compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and may place funds on hold or return deposits where compliance concerns arise.
6.1 pak33 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, and VIP Programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before the associated Bonus Balance may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, and expiry periods are disclosed clearly before a Player accepts any bonus offer.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household/IP/Device: Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
6.4 Bonus Abuse: pak33 uses automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusive play, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, and exploitation of system errors or game malfunctions. Verified instances of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.5 pak33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will not affect bonus credits already accepted and in progress, except where the modification is required by the Licence Authority.
6.6 VIP Programme: Participation in the pak33 VIP Programme is by invitation only, at pak33's sole discretion. VIP status and associated benefits may be reviewed or adjusted based on activity levels and compliance with these Terms.
7.1 All games available on pak33 are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence with respect to game play mechanics and payouts.
7.2 RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on pak33 are certified by independent third-party testing authorities. Return to Player (RTP) figures published in the game lobby reflect the independently audited values and are accurate at the time of publication.
7.3 System Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure during play, pak33 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. Wins generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out.
7.4 Disconnection Policy: If a Player's connection is interrupted during an active game, the game state is preserved on pak33's servers. 10.1 pak33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
10.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Player breach of these Terms, pak33 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, pak33 may forfeit the balance in full or in part as permitted under the Licence.
10.3 Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player breach — including voluntary closure or inactivity — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.4 Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee in accordance with pak33's dormancy policy, as published on the Platform from time to time.
11.1 All intellectual property on pak33 — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the property of pak33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use pak33 for their own personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
11.3 Unauthorised use of pak33's intellectual property — including use of the pak33 name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent — is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.
12.2 pak33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 pak33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. pak33 shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events; (b) connectivity issues on the Player's side; (c) actions of third-party payment providers; or (d) Player misuse of the Platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pak33's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 pak33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the pak33 Privacy Policy.
13.2 Personal data collected by pak33 includes but is not limited to: mobile number, full name as per CNIC, date of birth, CNIC number and image, deposit and withdrawal transaction records, game activity logs, and device and IP address data collected during sessions.
13.3 This data is used for the purposes of: account management; identity verification and KYC compliance; anti-money-laundering monitoring; fraud prevention; responsible gaming monitoring; providing customer support; and communicating promotional offers (where opted in).
13.4 pak33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: payment processing partners, KYC verification providers, the Licence Authority, and law enforcement bodies where required by law.
14.1 pak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
14.2 For material amendments, pak33 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the mobile number or communication channel associated with their account. Notification may also be provided via a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.3 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of pak33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak33's international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the Licence documentation.
15.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and pak33, the following escalation process applies: (a) the Player must first contact pak33's support team via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution; (b) if unresolved within 14 days, the Player may escalate the matter to pak33's designated complaints team via the contact information below; (c) if still unresolved, the Player may refer the matter to the Licence Authority's dispute resolution process.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms prevents a Player from exercising any rights they may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
15.4 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing territory under the Licence, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
